Once again, there is just so much of it. Here's a small selection (you can click on the photos opposite as well).

Try Chirk Castle, a magnificent medieval fortress of the Welsh Marches. Valley Crucis Abbey, built in 1201. Seven centuries later and the abbey is one of the best preserved in Wales. Llangollen Steam Railway,Visit Plas Newydd the home of Lady Eleanor Butler and Miss Sarah Ponsonby, the Ladies of Llangollen. Dare you cross it? can you do it without looking down? You can walk acrosst The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, it's 126 feet above the River Dee. Horseshoe Falls, a distinctively shaped weir, which is 460 feet (140 m) long, it creates a pool of water that feeds the Llangollen Canal. Fancy seeing more than 60 vehicles from cars to invalid carriages and pedal cars then take a trip to Llangollen Motor Museum , see the cars that Grandad use to drive. The Corn Mill restaurant right on the River Dee in llangollen, a traditional pub restaurant serving fresh food, cask ales and wine. The Gallery Restaurant is a well established favourite in Llangollen, specialities include our succulent matured steaks, the huge range of pizza, pasta dishes and mouth watering vegetarian options.
